Join Kelli and Anne for their 196th NEW episode!

First they talk about Anne’s holiday show at The Green Room 42 and how much fun it was. Next they talk about the holidays and some of their favorite family traditions. They send holidays wishes to all of the listeners and talk about returning Jan 6th with a brand new season at DNR Studios!

Their special guest today is performer, singer, actress, radio show host and author, Sandra Bernhard! She has always been a favorite entertainer of theirs from when Kelli first heard her in her show Without You I’m Nothing to when Anne first remembers her on the ground-breaking series Roseanne. Sandy talks about growing up knowing she wanted to entertain and how her career developed and changed over the years. Sandy is a true pioneer of the one woman show by bringing a completely unique and raucous mix of cabaret, stand up, rock n roll, and social comedy to the stage. She is very excited to return to Joe’s Pub with her new show Bern It Down from Dec 26th-31st, 2021 Kelli and Anne will be there on Dec 30th with their friends on their annual Sandy holiday night out! She also talks about being a part of the series Pose and why that show meant so much to her. They also chat about her show Sandyland on Radio Andy on Sirius XM. They end with the song At Christmas by their past guest Toby Lightman!

This show was recorded Dec 16th and since then, Sandy’s holiday run of Bern It Down has been postponed due to concerns of the spread of covid at Joe’s Pub. Stay tuned for the rescheduled dates and stay safe!
